My Impact:

I was a Director of CRM from 2020 to 2024, in this period I:

  • Helped grow the company from £1 million turnover to £4.5 million in 2023

  • Raised the profile of the business through active marketing and brand awareness

  • Increased the customer base from around 100 to over 400

  • Systematically grew the business in over 38 countries

  • Remained active in the local community as well as the manufacturing community

  • Increased percentage of sales from just under 10% to 50%

  • Helped the company achieve multiple awards, such as the prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade
