I started out in Manufacturing around 20 years ago and have always had a growth mindset, to the extent of growing company turnovers to the millions, establishing markets, supply chains and agent networks across the world and increasing customer bases globally.Using my expertise of business development, strategising, engaging sales teams, negotiation and team management, I have grown companies beyond their targets which has earned them award-winning statuses and millions in turnover - the highest achieving £12million turnover and the most prestigious award, The Queen’s Award. During my career in the manufacturing industry, I have been a Board Member of the BVAA and previously Vice Chair on the British Stainless Steel Association.

SOCIAL MEDIA AND LEAD MANAGER
My career in marketing started four years ago when I joined a local business as an in-house Marketing Officer. I quickly found my feet in the B2B world and discovered that marketing was about so much more than simply posting on social media, and I loved the challenge of finding ways to connect businesses with the right people, generate leads and ultimately help them grow.In 2024, I decided to take everything I’d learned and go solo. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a mix of B2B and B2C businesses, helping them with everything from social media and content to lead generation and their wider marketing strategy.
What I enjoy most is getting to know a business, understanding what makes it tick and finding practical ways to make its marketing work harder. No two businesses are the same, and that’s what keeps things interesting!

Adam is very passionate about raising the aspirations of young people, especially around manufacturing and making sure local businesses are successful; which is why he is a Trustee at Rotherham Opportunities College and an Enterprise Advisor for Rotherham Investment & Development Office. He also promotes Careers Education and Apprenticeships and has experience at training apprentices, school assemblies, careers days, interview techniques and work experience. It’s important that we continue to support and invest in the next generation.
